Environments

An environment joins your account the first time someone in it selects Optimize on a Chrona board and connects. There is no form to fill in.

Environments lists every Power Apps environment connected to your account, with the date it connected. Open in Power Apps takes you to it.

Every environment counts

Production, test and development environments all count towards your plan. A person or asset with the same Dataverse record ID in two environments is the same resource, so a full copy of your production environment does not count anyone twice. A new record is a new resource.

Your subscription belongs to your organisation, so it covers every environment the account connects. Plan and billing shows the billed resources by environment.
