Invoices and GST

Chrona sends one invoice a month for every product you subscribe to. Stripe issues the invoices, collects the payments and works out the tax.

When you are charged

The monthly charge is taken at the start of each period. Resources above the 50 included are counted through the period and billed on the next invoice.

Prices are in Australian dollars. Stripe works out the tax for where you are; for Australian customers, that is GST.

See and download invoices

In Plan and billing, the primary owner, admins and billing admins see the latest invoices with a line per product. Select View invoice or Download PDF, or All invoices in Stripe for the full history.

Payment and tax details

Plan and billing shows the payment method, where invoices go, the tax ID and the billing address. Change them in Manage billing, which opens Stripe.
