People and roles

People lists who is in your Chrona account, their roles, and anyone waiting to join.

Roles

Role	What it adds
Primary owner	Owns the account. Approves requests to join, sees charges, payment details and invoices, and subscribes.
Admin	Approves requests to join, and sees charges, payment details and invoices.
Billing admin	Sees charges, payment details and invoices, subscribes, and pays.
Builder	Sees the account, its environments and its usage, and downloads packages.

Everyone in the account sees each product’s status, the billed resources this period and the downloads for the products you have.

Requests to join

Someone who signs in to an organisation that already has an account selects Request access. The request appears under Needs your attention for owners and admins, who select Approve or Decline.
