Your Chrona account
Your Chrona account holds your organisation’s plan, its connected environments, its people and your downloads. You manage it in the Chrona Portal at https://portal.chrona365.com.
You do not need an account to use Chrona Scheduler. Your organisation gets one when someone connects an environment, the first time they select Optimize on a board. It matters for plans, usage and downloads.
Sign in
Select Sign in with Microsoft and use the work account you use for Power Apps. Personal Microsoft accounts cannot sign in.
What the portal holds

Join your organisation’s account
If your organisation already has an account, sign in and select Request access. An owner or admin approves it. A directory administrator of your organisation can take over the account as its owner.
If the account has no owner yet, the portal offers Claim account: the first person to claim it becomes its owner.
